We're a bit late to the game on the New Years post, but as we kick off 2025, we’re feeling optimistic about the opportunities ahead. We’re as passionate as ever about helping healthcare organisations make a real difference—whether that’s through evaluating new technologies, improving access to care, or showing the impact of innovations in the NHS.
What were our 2024 highlights?
✔ Commissioned by the Royal College of General Practitioners to support a workload research project in collaboration with Here, aiming to identify and quantify unnecessary tasks performed by GPs in their day-to-day role. Results are due in March, and we're excited to contribute to this critical conversation around GP workload.
✔Commissioned to deliver a finance and workforce model to support ICBs with the implementation of a life changing innovative technology, such an impactful project it has been a privilege to be a part of. Watch this space for more info.
✔ Conducted a mixed methods service evaluation of a digital tool to support mental health care delivery in the NHS. It was fantastic to talk to so many passionate NHS staff and innovators working to improve care delivery and access on their patch
✔Supported the development and evaluation of a digital technology designed to support adults with healthy ageing. A fantastic technology and team pushing to improve outcomes and preparedness for changes in later life, really looking forward to seeing where this technology goes in 2025!
✔Officially welcomed Dr Adam Kirk to Apollo as one of our Directors. His expertise and commitment to supporting innovators and the NHS have been invaluable, and we're thrilled to have him on board for the journey ahead.
